Assistant Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Jobs Description :
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Increase sales of the business.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors.
- Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead.
Candidate Requirements :
- Min 2 years of field sales and marketing experience in any sector / BFSI
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
