About the Role :
As a Sales Officer, you will be the key driver for generating revenue by identifying, approaching, and engaging prospective customers. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Proactively reach out to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial products to effectively address customer needs.
- Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research and client referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality interactions and services.
- Regularly update sales activities and performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales or a related field (BFSI experience preferred).
- Age Range: 21 to 32 years.
- Must be a local resident of Vadodara or Surat.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
