Assistant Manager - Sales - BFS (1-3 yrs)
- We are looking forward to a candidate who has a lot of knowledge about Sales/Marketing/Banking/Insurance/Finance and is capable of delivering to the clients.
Roles And Responsibility :
- Consistently reaching or surpassing sales targets.
- Giving incentives to encourage personnel to hit sales goals while supervising and directing the sales team.
- Keeping an eye on the sales team's performance.
- Establishing and sustaining effective working connections with clients.
- Attending sales meetings and training events on a regular basis.
- Ensuring that there is a sufficient supply of company products.
- Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
- Retention of Customers.
Candidate Profile :
- Education : Bachelor's degree
- Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in life insurance
- Age : Between 23 - 38 years
