Assistant Sales Manager
- The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Managing team of Advisors and Business partners.
- Generate leads from open market
- Recruitment of potential financial advisor and Leaders.
- Build and maintain relationship with customer.
- Supporting them to achieve their goals.
- Innovating new ideas new strategies for consistent business flow.
- Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
- Products planning and implementation based on client needs.
- Training the advisors and business partners.
Requirements :
- Experience 1 to 3 years in sales & marketing
- Candidate must be having field sales experience.
- Good communication skill
- Candidate should be Local where applying.
CTC : Upto 4 lakh
Age : 21 to 38
