Assistant Manager - Sales - BFS (1-2 yrs)

- The Assistant Sales Manager will also be involved in sales forecasting, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. This position requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Assist in managing the sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and monitor the progress of the sales team.

- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales operations.

- Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.

- Help prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

- Assist in forecasting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve and exceed them.

- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales or a sales support role, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.

- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Availability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
