Assistant Manager - Sales - Banking Sector (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a CASA Sales Executive to join our banking team. Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) to individuals and businesses.
Responsibilities :
- Approach potential customers and businesses to explain the benefits of our CASA products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Help customers choose the right accounts to meet their financial needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on banking products and services.
- Prepare sales reports and attend meetings to improve sales techniques.
Requirements :
- Previous sales experience, preferably in banking.
- Knowledge of CASA products and banking services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
