Assistant Manager - Sales - Banking (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account customers through various channels.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the bank.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell other banking products like loans and credit cards.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide timely sales reports and maintain market awareness.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven sales experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
