Team leader
(1) Should have 6+ years of experience in team leading and 8+ in sales.
(2) Salary should be credited on the 7th to the 10th of every month.
(3) Team Leader's Salary would be 60K per month ( in the probation period)
(4) After probation we'll revise their salary to 18 LPA.
(5) Our products : Finance, FMCG, Insurance, BFSI, Fintech, and Tech Products.
(6) Team leaders should promote these products to customers.
(7) The team leader should make his own sales team.
(8) The Sales Executive team of every team leader's salary would be performance-based.
