Assistant Manager - Sales - Bank (2-6 yrs)
The CASA Sales Officer finds new customers and promotes the bank's current and savings accounts to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Look for potential customers.
- Visit potential customers to discuss CASA products.
- Help new customers open accounts.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in sales, especially in banking or financial services.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CASA products.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to handle pressure.
