Assistant Manager - Sales - Bank (1-3 yrs)
- Your main duty as an assistant sales manager will be to assist the sales manager in attaining sales goals and fostering business expansion while also supporting the sales team. In addition to managing major accounts and maintaining customer satisfaction, you will be essential in formulating and putting into practice efficient sales tactics.
Key Responsibilities :
- To create sales strategies and plans, establish sales goals, and keep track of the team's success, work closely with the sales manager.
- Give the sales staff direction and assistance, and train, mentor, and keep an eye on their progress.
- Assist in creating strategies to grow the clientele and the market share.
- Build and sustain enduring connections with important clients and business allies.
- Provide market analysis-based insights and advice to assist in decision-making processes.
- Keep abreast with market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Assist the sales manager with market research and product development recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales or a sales support position.
- Strong managerial and team-building abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to examine sales data to spot trends and opportunities.
- A strong dedication to offering first-rate service and a customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility in terms of travel.
