- We are hiring Assistant Manager Sales who will manage New Customer Acquisition. Generation of leads and conversion of leads, Developing Sales pitch, proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers, achieving sales objectives, revenues by selling, up selling and cross selling varied offerings
What we are looking for :
- 3-6 years experience in sales, HRMS sales
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in advanced excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams & collaborate
what you will do :
- Selling Betterplace Rocket solutions to SMEs and Corporate clients
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Variance Analysis : Accurate Performance tracking against agreed plan through monthly reviews in structured manner including business commentary
- Mapping the requirements of the clients and providing them the best solution to meet their recruitment / branding needs effectively
- Focusing on Acquisition of new business, to grow potential accounts from existing value to its true potential.
