Role: Assistant Manager, Sales (1 Telugu and 1 Tamil)

Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of 5-15 sales executives/associates
- Responsible for sales targets of the reporting team
- Responsible for daily inputs of the team
- Audits to improve quality and growth
- Collaborating with team leader to strategize way forward for achieving weekly/monthly targets
- Would also be expected to do Individual Contribution (IC) work
Education : MBA/graduate
Background : Banking, Edtech, Insurance, Healthtech
Package : Up to 12 LPA (6 fixed + up to 6 variable)
