Assistant Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1) Business Acquisition :
- Lead generation through multiple sources
- Cold calling, emailing, personal visits, presentations, demos etc.
- Pursuing Hot and warm leads and generating sales
- Achievement of sales targets (both revenue and numbers)
2) Business Retention and Growth :
- Managing relationships with clients, renewing contracts and getting extra business
- Tapping the vendor network as a source of additional business
3) Collaboration :
- Regularly reporting and maintaining data in suitable media
- Keeping track of market information, business trends, competition activity etc
- Assisting the operations team in vendor sourcing
- Liaising with the accounts team for timely invoicing and payment collection
- Collaborating with other teams for the resolution of customers' issues
Skills Required :
1) Technical Skills :
a) B2B sales
b) Sales prospecting, lead generation, conversion and business generation
c) Good connections with clients and vendors pan-India
d) Key account management
e) Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, LMS etc.
2) Soft Skills
a) Target-oriented and self-driven
b) Convincing and negotiation skills
c) Good communication, written as well as oral
