Assistant Manager/Relationship Manager - OEM Retail Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Key Result Areas Supporting Actions
Achieve Revenue Targets
- Meet dealers and convince them to join dealership programs
- Track revenue numbers for OEM and B2B on a monthly basis
- Call meetings with the sales representatives of the dealerships and follow-up for the number of policies punched
- Track penetration numbers for the products (number of vehicles sold v/s number of policies punched
- Ensure that documentation pertaining to signup of agreement with is complete
- Circulate dealer performance MIS to all the dealers and sales heads for tracking regions of growth and de-growth
- Check potential for renewals and follow-up with dealers for revenues
Dealership Relationship Management
- Visit dealership sites, workshops and maintain formal as well as informal network with them
- Resolve dealer queries, B2B partner queries and escalate issues to the BM / Program Manager B2B, as required
- Coordinate with the insurance companies to ensure that all commission payments are made to the dealerships in time
- Take feedback from the dealerships / B2B partners on the services and that of the insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the client in settling claims by following up with the insurance companies as required
Training
- Educate the sales representatives and workshop managers of dealerships on products
- Resolve all product related queries and escalate issues as required
- Train dealers on the add-on products. Convince them on the benefits of additional commission, wherever applicable
Branding & Visibility - Track penetration of the products
- Push dealers / OEMs for selling insurance policies through only
- Tie up with dealers for promotion of products during renewal camps organized by OEMs
Documentation & Compliance
- Check for reconciliation of payments to the dealers
- Follow-up with the insurance companies as required for clearance of payments and upload of 64 VB on the portal
- Ensure that payment of premium is made by the dealers towards the insurance companies, within TATs (48 hrs)
