Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Assistant Manager for Referral Sales & Marketing.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establish regular contact & engage with referral channel through personal visits, events, communication etc. Conducting CME,s.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for promoting the hospital.
- Work with the Sales team to meet Sales and marketing targets.
- Increase the business by referral Programme.
- Introducing the facility/services /product available in the Patel Hospital along with the introduction of consultants.
- Responsible for increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness of Patel Hospital as Hospital of Desire'.
Track Report, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities.
- Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars and conferences to increase product-promotion participation, doctor's referral, talks and other events.
- Tracking and analysing information on competitor's activities. Recommend suggestions to the department.
- Any other responsibility assigned by HOD and the management
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales role, ideally within the Healthcare industry.
- Experience covering Healthcare and Professional Services is strong plus.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
