- To educate the Hospitality key decision makers/ promoters/ owners on the brand, present company position, vision & scale with emphasis on Companies association with famous hotel-chains
- To educate the Hospitality key decision makers on CLS- its USPs, purpose, advantages, and benefits to them
- To mention CLS to the Hospitality key decision maker
- To provide complete product information to the Hospitality key decision makers on each vertical, competition benchmarking, customer care services we offer, etc.
- To get CLS specified in BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the Hospitality projects and subsequently secure the orders
- To convert existing Hotel Chains to CLS.
- To develop one-to-one relations with Chief Engineers, Executive House-keepers & Project Team of each hotel unit.
- To train the housekeeping & maintenance team of Hotels for premium maintenance of company products.
- To resolve Hotels issues in coordination with Customer Care.
- To ensure no payment collection is outstanding from the hotels end beyond 45 days of the bill.
- Experience to Kolkata & Chennai.
