Assistant Manager - Product Management - Air Conditioner (5-8 yrs)
Looking for a technically competitive HVAC professional to look after the Channel Business of Precision Air Conditioners across Mumbai region. The routine work shall involve handling existing customers, generating new enquiries, exploring new segments, developing and handling consultant relationship, facilitating business transactions with the authorized Channel Partners, conducting product trainings and seminars periodically as and when required, strategizing business opportunities & marketing activities with channel partners, developing new channel partners, assigning and tracking business opportunities of partners, etc.
The candidate is expected to have-
- Result oriented attitude with collaborative working skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated good enquiry to order conversion ratio
- Reasonable understanding of cooling load calculations, Psychrometrics, basics of Sensible & latent cooling, Precision air conditioners
- Decent experience in working with channel partners
- Exposure of interacting with corporate clients
- Contributed to more than 2-3 Cr. Of annual business
- Experience and understanding of value based proposals and solution selling thru tools like ROI, Total Life cycle cost calculations, etc.
