Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing (4-12 yrs)
- Performance marketing strategy and media consultant.
- Campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Adobe /Google Analytics experience
- Analysis of performance and leverage data, metric, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- Build customer centric advertising and communication as per various digital platforms.
- Manage AMS and traffic of external commerce portal.
- Responsible for business generation and ROI targets for Digital Business vertical and upcoming E-Shop
Roles and Responsibilities :
Performance Marketing :
- Executing effective conversion driven performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google and Affiliates.
- Experience of managing AMS and lead generation
- Able to evaluate performance of agencies licenced up.
- Experience of driving digital performance by own with hands-on experience on various digital tools.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and traffic.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
Research, Strategy & Analytics :
- Creating a strong performance marketing strategy & plan
- Reporting on marketing KPIs like traffic, engagement and ultimately lead conversion.
- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact
- Analyse sales funnels, trends & understanding customer behaviour
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Monitor competition products and pricing to strategize listing plan.
- Continuously brainstorm and strategize new campaign ideas and innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead in the competitive market.
Digital Advertising & Communication :
- Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation, and planning with our agency partners.
- Experience of balancing brand guidelines and saleable creatives.
- Ensure UI / UX remains at best all the time.
