Suma Soft BPO is hiring for Assistant Manager- Outbound Sales Domestic Process. Who will be responsible for the growth and profitability of its Multi Locational Domestic Call Center activities, Head Quartered at Pune.
Experience: Min. 2+ years experience of Outbound Sales process as Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience of Managing large Domestic Outbound Sales process.
- Good understanding of Domain, Operations, Quality management and AHT / SLA.
- Excellent Stake Holder Management and People Management Skills
- Possess Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Should be able to manage team size of 300+ agents including TL, Trainer, Team Coach
