JOB DESCRIPTION :
Task to Perform :
1. Daily,Weekly,Monthly sales planning & working on sales funnels. Data driven approach for growth.
2. Revenue generation from Email Marketing with the help of various customer segments with respect to the business.
3. Basic understanding of CRO,SEO,SMO,HTML,Digital Marketing,Google Analytics.
4. Creating concept of Banners for display advertising, Templates for Email marketing.
5. Use of various marketing automation tools.
6. To analyze customer behavior creating polls, surveys, checking out videos on provided tools.
7. Analyze data, build insights on industry, competition & consumer trends to fill product gaps.
8. Ability to think creatively and innovatively for the assigned product & improvement in existing product at regular interval.coordinate with various cross functional team to analyze product requirements.
9. Setting up a process of telecalling for customer feedback.
10. Collaborate with Tech teams on day to day basis to fulfill all product related requirements.
Candidate Specification :
1. Industry - E commerce industry candidate would be given preference, for any other industry day to day sales background having an understanding of digital
- Education - Graduate/Master, any courses/certification to digital marketing would be an added advantage
2. Skills - Team Player, Strong hold on Excel,good at multitasking, critical thinking.You need have an analytical and data-driven approach in day-to-day work. Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
3. Startup Cultural Fit: willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond.
