Assistant Manager/Officer - Business Development - Auto Ancillary (4-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Creating sales pitches and execution of sales objective.
- Finding and following new sales leads
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Receivables Management.
- Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience in core Sales & Marketing, Customer Management and Receivables. preferable from Medium Scale Industry related to Automotive / Mechanical / Rubber parts
