Assistant Manager - New Build Sales - DTH (4-8 yrs)
I. Flats Sign Up:
- Identify, approach and meet the Developers to discuss Tata Sky New Build procedure and proposal
- Coordinate with service team and arrange for technical survey of the potential New Build project
- Basis the survey report, assess the feasibility, cost & accordingly submit proposal to the Developer
- Follow up, Negotiate and finalize the New Build proposal with the Developer
- Closure of the New Build order by getting the Work Order and New Build Revenue for the project
II. Flats Wired Up- Project RFS:
- Preparing New Build template for approvals & Coordinate with commercial team for IO PO creation
- Service delivery - RFS (Ready for Service) - Co-ordinate between the service team and the builder to ensure smooth progress of MDU set up and RFS of the project.
III. New Build Revenue (Rs. In Lakh):
- Responsible for ensuring viability of potential New Build project by proposing New Build charges for MDU set up i.e. New Build Revenue
IV. Collection (Rs. In Lakh):
- Ensure collection of 100% Revenue for the project as advance or on completion (RFS)of the project
V. Customer acquisition and Account Management
- After RFS, plan and arrange for the BTL activity for customer acquisition
- Maintaining and Tracking of subscriber activation and ensure maximum penetration and ARPU
- Maintain long-term relation with the Developer and ensure business tie ups for future projects & Positive References
- Develop new avenues that results in enhancing overall development of New Build business
