Assistant Manager - Mortgage Product (4-8 yrs)
- Responsible for meeting client requirements of Mortgage Process - Loan Origination activities within Offshore Team.
- Ensures proper management of work flow to achieve Accuracy, AHTs and improved service delivery.
- Ensuring team members are trained to deliver effective implementation of processes and initiatives as per the defined SOP.
- Reviews of Process Queues and initiating Quality Improvement Plans. Achieving key SLA regularly.
- Analyses & improves processes to meet client's needs
- Manages client interactions
- Ensures the team members have access to training and development opportunities including cross-skilling
- Managing the AHTs and making sure delivery is happening within the AHTs.
