We have job opportunity for the position of Assistant Manager - Modern Trade with one of the leading MNC in Bangalore.
Industry : FMCG/Electrical Background
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 6 -12 Years
Key skills : Modern Trade/Retail, Sales, Key Account Management, Business strategy & development, Customer satisfaction, Competition analysis, Retail stores, etc.
NOTE : Experience in Modern Retail/Trade in FMCG/Electrical Background is must.
Job Responsibility :
- The Key Account maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to one to five named customers,
- Position will responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers needs and expectations are met by the company.
- Looking after Distribution Business (Secondary and Territory Business).
- Assigning Targets to the team and Planning for achieving the same.
- Lead with direct team responsibility
- Manage relationships at stores, distribution centers, zonal offices of all the Modern Trade chains
- Lead a team of merchandisers & promoters to drive visibility and off takes through the modern trade outlets
- Forecast and report sales for the defined geography
