Assistant Manager - Internal Communications
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver creative, engaging and impactful communication plans for employees, linking to the strategy and culture of the organisation.
- Management of Intranet and regular update with important developments, announcements and communication material.
- Produce and support production of engaging communication collateral for employees and internal and external stakeholders, including annual report, brochures, publications, films, videos, audio-visuals and presentations.
- Champion effective, conscious communication and drive best practice standards across all communication activities.
- Develop and manage content and key messaging for all internal communication channels. Also, support the content management strategy development and management.
- Design and run internal communication campaigns on a variety of platforms, in conjunction with the digital media team as required.
Experience :
- At least 5 -7 years of experience in internal communication.
- Desirable : Functional Experience of development sector. Knowledge of regional languages.
Qualifications :
- Master's Degree/P.G. Diploma in Communication Studies, from a reputed recognised University or College
Skills & Knowledge :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in the field of business communication and employee engagement messaging.
- Ability to collate, analyse, synthesize and present information in a clear way and interesting manner
- Experience in designing of e-mailers and other communication collaterals
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of communication vehicles, print production, audio-visual production and voice recording.
- Ability/experience of negotiating and developing mutual co-operation across teams; and of working within teams.
- Experience in basic HTML preferred.
- Technically savvy (MS Office tools)
- Ability to summarise and persuasively communicate complex information in written and verbal form at a standard appropriate for internal publication and presentation.
- Ability to think creatively coupled and attention to detail.
- Internal communication campaign management capability.
