Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Unit Marketing - Assistant Manager to join our esteemed hospital group in Hyderabad. The Unit Marketing AM will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our hospitals, enhance brand visibility, and drive patient engagement within the local community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, good team player, have excellent communication abilities, and have a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration for the hospitals within the designated unit in Hyderabad.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and department heads, to understand key service offerings and target patient demographics.

- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and social media campaigns, aligned with the hospital's brand guidelines and messaging.

- Manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, radio, and outdoor, to effectively reach target audiences and drive patient volume.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing strategies.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of the hospital's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, to engage with patients and build a positive digital reputation.

- Coordinate promotional events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to foster relationships with local organizations, businesses, and residents.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and return on investment (ROI).

- Manage the marketing budget for the designated unit, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing to maintain a competitive edge and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing (in Health Care Industry), with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to marketing activities.

- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to assess market dynamics and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Telugu would be an advantage.
