- INCOS is a UK based company looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager based in India for its portfolio of brands that have been launched in India. The flagship brand SO..? is UK's no 1 body mist brand with the highest market share in the mass premium fragrance / body mist segment in UK. The brand is present in multiple countries across Europe and Asia. India has been identified as the next big opportunity for the brand, which now wants to enhance focus to scale up its presence in India.

About the role :

- We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager with experience in managing activities who can raise the profile of the Company through the development of active marketing strategies and execution of marketing programmes in line with business objectives. The position will require determination and an ability to organise a schedule to promote the range of products that we have available. You will demonstrate excellent technical and communication skills, helping to develop and manage a marketing execution plan that supports organisational goals around brand awareness, traffic growth, engagement on social media, customer acquisition and retention. This is a great opportunity to work with global marketing team headquartered in London, UK.

Key Activities :

- Work closely with the global marketing team to create a localised marketing mix in line with global brand guidelines.

- Implement brand campaigns in India through digital marketing including Digital campaigns, influencer programs and social media.

- Effective Planning and Implementation of PR for the brand and products in line with global brand guidelines

- Plan, implement & execute brand events.

- Channel specific communication to support offtake - both off-line and online including

- Designing point of sale items in line with brand theme

- Create content (A+ content, brand store, short videos) for e commerce.

- Plan, implement and execute trade schemes, promotions, merchandising & visibility.

- Experience in creating and managing budgets, tracking spends and creating reports is essential to the role.

- Prepare MIS reports monthly / Quarterly / Yearly and submit to global office as well as with Beautybox management team

- Liaison with retail partners , both Off line and Online to plan monthly marketing calendars , sales events

- Study competition , market trends , product opportunity mapping and tap the growth opportunities

Skills/Qualifications :

The right candidate would be a brand marketing professional preferably from a premier B-school with 1.5 - 2-year work-experience in FMCG/Beauty & Personal products/Fashion/ Fragrance industry

- A self-starter with good execution skills to turn around campaigns fast with minimal supervision.

- Able to work in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.

- Flexibility to travel for work events.

Compensation : In line with industry/Negotiable

Location : Mumbai/Bangalore
