Assistant Manager - Marketing - FMCG (3-8 yrs)
Responsible in driving efficient media planning and execution and manage large marketing budget .
- Planning and initiating the yearly marketing calendar along with 360 degree marketing campaign including ATL(Above the Working closely on the branding strategies and online promotions with the online branding team) and BTL(Below the Line) activities .
- Building marketing strategy and planning for consistently improving market share and awareness of the brand.
- Market research and customer intelligence to build targeted offers to relevant customers and segments and monitor brand performance in market/industry.

- Responsible for conducting market research to know about the brand awareness & brand recall of the brand.

- The target is to deliver growth in categories & profitability by driving sales, traffic, innovations, design capability, quality & digital innovations across categories.
- Producing brand content through Creative brochures & Videos for all new season range or new categories Highlights .
