Responsibilities:
- Identify new clients in Facility Management Services - Housekeeping Services, Electro-mechanical Services, Horticulture Services, Pest control, Business Support Services both in the private and public sector. Implement the monthly marketing strategy and plan.Prepare the basis for quotation for any tender, RFP
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts unless and until Management decide to terminate.
- Negotiations & Order Finalization with Clients including date of Commencement of Services, Commercials & Payment Terms.
- Cold Calling & Tour to different cities of assigned territory in order to generate leads.
- Market Research & Generation of Leads using Business Promotion tools effectively.
- Preparation & Delivery of Client specific Presentations
- Preparation of Documents for Tenders .
- Tracking Competitor's activity in the region to the best possible reach.
- Auditing the Site & understand the requirement of Client.
- Preparation & Submission of Proposals.
- Identification of new Markets for execution & establishment.
- Branding of the Company using Social Networking Sites.
- Coordination with Operations Team regarding Site Survey, Services Delivery.
