Assistant Manager - Marketing & Events - Media (5-6 yrs)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Takes onus of the event from conception to final execution
- Recruit senior industry leaders as speakers/jury in case of conferences
- Create content of the show.
- Theme, topics, discussion pointers, categories,driving entries from key participants
- Create content based on research and interaction with Industry experts
- Research on Advisory/speakers/jury
- Finalize/invite/coordinate with the participants
- Conceptualize/ Manage creatives for different platforms including but not limited to print/online
- Over see social media strategy
- Coordinate with Sales team for sponsorship deliverable
- Coordinate with Design/Tech team maintaining timelines
- Coordinate with Logistics pertaining to but not limited to Trophy design/venue selection/stage design
- Coordinate and Mentor event executives
- Initiate and close partnership/Media tie ups
- Coordinating with the editorial team to maintain consistent editorial updates
- Creating event flow/Agenda/emcee script
- Overseeing Audio/Visual production
- Post event updates
- Basic knowledge of Video editing would be preferred
- Good Communication skills both written and spoken a MUST
- Confidence to interact with senior leaders
- KEY SKILLS / TRAITS:
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Management skills .
- Any graduate.
- Candidate should have excellent Communication Skills, Presentable with Good Client network.
