Assistant Manager - Marketing - EduTech (3-5 yrs)
Urgent job position for reputed organization.
Require candidate who will drive regional marketing activities in the specified city and will work with city level sales team and the central marketing team
Must Have Skill : Negotiation, Operation and good leadership skill. Experience in managing team and in data driven marketing
CTC - 4 LPA to 7LPA
Age : up to 33 years
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage city level marketing activities like BTL events, local partnerships, corporate alliance and sponsorship opportunities in the specified cities
- Marketing activities to be in channels - schools, apartments, corporates etc and maintain brand identity.
- Generate steady flow of leads along with team according to requirement
- Manage cost, utilization and efficiency of leads
- Understand the business needs of the company to plan and execute scalable marketing activities in the specified city
- Work closely across functions like sales, products and finance to drive the marketing objectives of the company
- Negotiate with partners, vendors and other external agencies to drive the marketing ROI
- Own the city level growth, promotions and marketing across channels
