Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collaborates with the Trade Marketing and Communication team for the ideation, planning & budgeting, production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions
2. Working with Sales team to achieve their sales targets
3. Handling JMDE (Junior Market Developing Executive) on daily basis to achieving their monthly target.
4. Salary & Incentive Processing for JMDEs & Supervisors.
5. Monthly JMDE & Sonu (DTH Installer) Meeting to update Schemes and product knowledge.
6. Tracking of Budget, Sales Achievements, POSm and Visibility updates.
7. Signage planning & implementation visibility in market.
8. Festival activation planning with Schemes along with marketing elements.
9. Weekly & and monthly reports updates of JMDE & Supervisor performance.
10. Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication
11. Collaborates with sales teams to turn the - selling stories- into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to their customers
12. Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment- ) by finding the most efficient solutions
- Supports local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives.
- Supports local teams in the execution of their training programs;
- Ensures that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores.
- Ensures efficient spending of central budget and supervises the trade marketing spending in the subsidiaries
