Assistant Manager - Marketing/Client Servicing - Advertising Firm (6-8 yrs)
Position : Assistant Manager
Experience : At least 2 years in public relations or corporate communications
Preferred companies worked with :
Any PR agency as senior PR executive or any other company in a corporate communications role.
Skill sets :
Excellent written and spoken English,Power-point presentation skills.
Role & responsibilities :
Client servicing
- To manage at least 3 clients independently
- Totally managing a portfolio 5 to 6 clients
Planning strategy for each client
- Suggesting new ideas to strengthen the PR campaign for the client portfolio within the team
- Meeting the client as per reporting schedule (weekly, monthly etc.)
- Implementing the PR strategy as per plan.
- Preparing work review presentations and presenting the same.
- Following the reporting structure.
Media relations
- Meeting key journalists as per PR campaign and building contacts.
- Engaging news reporters in intelligent conversations to generate story ideas for clients.
- Engaging news reporters during important events and activities which require news media support.
