Assistant Manager - Marketing (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for dynamic & self-driven female marketing professionals for one of our clients, which is a US MNC. The incumbent will be based out the company HO at Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
1. Primary Responsibilities:
- Development of annual marketing plan in collaboration with sales department
- Management of marketing department budget and doing all the activities in the given budget
- Management of print material production, receipt and its distribution
- Conducting market research and drawing out the specifications in respect to new product or service.
- Development and implementation of communication strategies within and outside the company
- Making key messages for the customers for the brand name
- Maintain and build professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders of the company
- New product launches
- Managing events - Trade Shows, Customer / end user meet.
- Responsible for producing relevant marketing materials and tools to promote the brand.
- To set up overall marketing budgets for the marketing activities conjunction with the head sales and marketing
2. Desired Candidate Profile:
- Post Graduate Degree / MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
- Should have knowledge of Brand Building (Mandatory)
- A sales professional with 5+ years of diversified experience in spearheading major initiatives in Marketing communication, strategic planning, brand building and sales promotion.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Regional Language
- Market Research, Competitor Analysis
3. Compensation: 7.0 LPA to 10.0 LPA
