Assistant Manager - Marketing (3-6 yrs)

This is for our Hospitality client.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our digital and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products. This role will encompass both digital and traditional marketing strategies, requiring a well-rounded skill set in multiple marketing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

a. Plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.

b. Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, etc.) and offline channels (print, events, direct mail, etc.).

2. Digital Marketing:

a. Oversee the company's digital presence, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

b. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.

c. Manage SEO/SEM efforts to increase organic traffic and optimize paid search campaigns.

d. Coordinate content creation for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and video content.

3. Offline Marketing:

a. Develop and execute traditional marketing campaigns such as print advertising, direct mail, and event sponsorships.

b. Plan and manage company participation in trade shows, conferences, and other events.

c. Work with designers to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.

4. Brand Management:

a. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

b. Develop and maintain the company's brand guidelines and ensure compliance across departments.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

a. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the market.

b. Analyze market data to understand customer behavior and demographics.

6. Budget Management:

a. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across all marketing activities.

b. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing expenditures.
