JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING MANAGEMENT
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Campaign Development including content and creative.
- Support business with the development of marketing collateral focused on various services.
- Content Development for all platforms including email communication for clients, Candidates etc.
- Development of social media content.
- Be a social media champion and support our professionals with promoting content on their social media platforms
- Maintain monthly Marketing Reports on various metrics demonstrating ROI from marketing activities
- Vendor Management
- Competition and Market intelligence.
- Collating Video and written Testimonials from Candidates and Clients.
- Internal and External Branding
- Support in the development of high quality pitched, capability statements and Presentations
- Increasing brand awareness and firm visibility
- Encouraging and facilitating cross selling efforts
- Developing and executing thought leadership campaigns
Requirements:
- Proficiency in written/spoken English.
- 3-6 years of marketing, communications at a professional services firm, preferably in Staffing/Consultancy Industry.
- Superb written and oral communication skills; PR or communications background is a plus
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to excel under minimal supervision, while reporting results and conferring with superiors on unusual matters and seeking feedback as needed.
- Ability to be very - hands on- and comfortable taking direct responsibility for deliverables
- Strong team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint and Excel.
- Adobe InDesign and Photoshop experience, a plus
