- Candidates with Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications) or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
- Experience with data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., charts, graphs) preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or field is advantageous seeking an Assistant Manager - Marketing with 2 to 5 yrs of experience in Marketing, possessing excellent Presentation skills combined with hands-on experience in MS Excel and Access to join our team.
- This role requires a dynamic individual who is proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to support marketing department within our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information visually
- Principle Accountabilities : Create visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, including pitch decks, executive-level presentations, and other decks.
- Design and format PowerPoint templates to ensure brand consistency across all presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to gather content and develop compelling visual narratives.
- Edit and enhance existing presentations to improve clarity, flow, and overall effectiveness.
- Support data analysis and reporting efforts by creating and formatting Excel spreadsheets and charts.
- Responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analysing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organization.
- Organize and manage data sets to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve presentation and data management processes.
- Main Challenges : Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
