1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends for biogas-based fertilizers.

2. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to educate customers about the benefits of biogas-based fertilizers.

3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to fertilizer marketing and distribution.

Key Deliverables:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends for biogas-based fertilizers.

2. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to educate customers about the benefits of biogas-based fertilizers.

3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to fertilizer marketing and distribution.

Position Responsibility (Should have minimum 10 deliverables, clear & precise)

Roles:

1. Ability to consult with customers and notified bodies about fertilizer requirements is expected.

2. Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer feedback is considered for product improvements.

3. Analyze data to refine marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.

4. Knowledge about FOM, LFOM and Fertilizer ISO standard, additional knowledge about US standards is a plus.

5. Strong communication, analytical and planning skills

6. Solution/team/customer oriented with the confidence to act pro-actively

Desired Profile:

7. Strong sales skills

8. Maintain proper documentation of sales, contracts, and customer interactions.

9. Minimum 4 years years of experience as Fertilizer Marketing executive, experience within the Fertilizer industry is a plus.

10. Knowledge about Fertilizer IGCAR Standards and Application of FOM & LFOM levels with various crops

11. Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer sector.

12. Strong understanding of biogas production, fertilizer products, and sustainable agriculture.

13. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
