Experience: 8 - 15 Years. Looking for a Candidate having experience in Corporate Sales in TMT rebars, wire coils, nails, BRC, and binding wire sales revenue
Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager for the Steel Manufacturing Industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on managing a team of sales representatives, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's market share within the steel manufacturing sector. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
1) Achieve organizational goals for TMT rebars, wire coils, nails, BRC, and binding wire sales revenue
2) Demonstrate techno-commercial skills while achieving business goals and training the sales team.
3) Develop a new market for the assigned product basket.
4) Handle pricing and cost estimation of pipe and strip products.
5) Execute orders professionally, including both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
6) Provide customer service through best practices to retain market share.
7) Generate various reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as per the management requirement
