Key Job Role & Profile:
1. Sales & Business Development of Commercial & Residential projects of the Company primarily in NCR Region & Northern India.
2. New Channel Development and Channel Sales
3. Drive Sales in across verticals & develop channel partners
4. Must have excellent Channel Sales network
5. Project Site Visit, Coordination with Clients, Channel Partners & walk-in Clients to showcase the Project Overview, Project Presentation.
6. Maximize sales revenue, project profitability and ensure efficient collections
7. Provide suitable consultation to the customer while addressing its needs
8. Ensure that sales, customer service and commercial processes adhere to financial and legal control parameters
9. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
10. Effective utilization of resource and optimization of Back End Resource of Lead Generation towards closures.
11. Lead Generation & Follow-ups with the prospective clients
12. Good understanding of Branding, Promotions, Online Marketing & Portals of Property.
Essentials :
- Industry Exp. - Real Estate Development, Broking, Channel Partners/ IPC's / Infra Development
- Must have Good Exposure in Delhi NCR Real Estate Development
- Excellent skills for Channel Sales and Channel Development
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Corporate, Institutional and Retails Sales
