Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-3 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Portfolio Manager & Portfolio Manager to join our prestigious real estate company. As a trusted leader in the industry, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, overseeing all aspects of real estate investment and development. With your expertise and strategic vision, you will play a key role in driving the success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the performance of a large and diverse real estate portfolio

- Develop and execute real estate investment strategies aligned with the company's goals

- Oversee property sell and purchase transactions

- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations on property valuations and investment decisions

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of portfolio managers, fostering a high-performance culture of excellence

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree

- 2- 3 years of experience in real estate portfolio management

- Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies

- Proven track record of successfully executing real estate transactions

- Effective communication and presentation abilities

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in real estate software and tools
