Locations : Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Experience : 3 to 6 Years

Must-Have : 

- Experience in residential sales

- Experience in CRM

- Experience in B2B Sales

Profile :

- Should be an MBA with 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the CRM space or in some IT SAAS system.

- Ideally, s/he should have Real Estate Developers or Real estate channel partners as one of the key client segments in the experience.

- Should have a good track record of sales, with numbers to prove that on MOM/YOY.

- Should be technology-savvy and able to pick up nuances of tech systems easily.

- Understand client needs and propose feasible solutions.

- Perform comparative market analysis

- Meet clients, intermediate negotiation process, legal and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.

- Able to develop a network of internal and external referrals for the business.

- Being abreast with the developments in the real estate sector on proptech solutions or SAAS, understand its impacts on the micro and macro level of the sector.

KRAs and KPIs :

- Acquire a dominant market share in the CRM Market for Real Estate in India.

- The total number of Developer/CP accounts sourced.

- Number of licenses sold to each client

- Number of licenses, %age renewals from total clients

- Revenue from CRM SaaS and Astra suite.

- Setup fee from each client. Skills that will help you build a success story with us

- Understanding the business objective.

- Analytical and critical thinking.

- Good with Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- You should be a good team player.

- Should be able to coordinate with onsite/ functional/development teams for project tasks.

- Must be dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
