Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales and Marketing - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Making standard formats for all quotation to avoid repeated work and description of items and equipment in line with billing description.

- Brake up of machines and items in more description to allow flexibility in logistics. (May be standard format for billing schedule after confirmation of order.)

- Cost parameters to be prepared for controlling the all over project costing.

- Standard terms and conditions for the contract and acceptable deviations at various levels.

- Marketing and technical back up and cost data Bank will be build up.

- Planning will provide standard drawings and data for all models in the form of booklet.

- On receipt/confirmation or order Marketing will hand-over the detailed BOQ, Specification, drawings, scheme and project schedule to Projects Division for further actions

- In depth knowledge of HVAC system and equipment

- Communication skills with the client

- Details knowledge of Evaporative Cooling System, principle and functioning of Celdek pads with performance parameters.

- In depth awareness of company's products and components.

- Concepts of data collection during pre sales visit to clients premises regarding Heat loads, manufacturing process, desired conditions, equipment location, size, duct routing, etc. for purpose of preparation of quotation / Tender.

- Awareness the costing parameters, commercial condition and cost implications.

- Awareness of related products available in the market, its manufacturer, dealers, supplier, etc.

-Information regarding prices of the equipment and components available in-house

- Information regarding prices of the equipment and components required from out side

- Awareness of taxes and duties and dispatch procedures.

Mandatory :

- Candidate should have project based experience and NOT product based

- In depth knowledge of HVAC system and equipment

- Male candidates ONLY

- Looking for candidates from Manufacturing / Contracting company ONLY

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills

- Candidates should be from Mumbai ONLY

- Industry Preference: Manufacturing and Contracting

- Relevant Experience: 6 years
