Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales - IT (5-7 yrs)
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA-Marketing in Regular mode from a reputed institute
- Total 5 - 6 years- experience with at least 2 years in related business
- Presently handling Government & B2B Sales & Marketing
- Good Lasioning skills with State / Central government organizations, Army and defence, PSU etc
- Strong presentation & customer engagement skills
- Creative & Innovative concept selling approach will be the key
- High levels of integrity and self initiative
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve Sales & Budget Target
- Market Surveys to assess potential for existing products
- Developing new business opportunities by
- Approaching new accounts to understand existing/new requirements
- Coordinating with the internal technical team to develop the required products
- Getting necessary approvals after due process/trials
Competitor Analysis :
- Technical capabilities
- Market Share
- Capture competition activities, promotions and pricing trends
- Strong relation building initiatives and strategy to penetrate new accounts
