Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales - Foreign Travel (4-10 yrs)
Ideal Candidate Should be :
- Graduate in any stream + Post Graduation / Diploma in Travel & Tourism
- Minimum 4+ years of experience managing FIT portfolio.
- Strong communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a talent for customer centricity.
- Passion for delivering consistent quality and a flair for resolving complex challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Actively manage a broad range of key/premium/high value clients and maximize revenue and profitability for FIT business.
- Evaluate existing and potential new clients to identify growth opportunities to drive revenue.
- Plan and implement sales strategy for driving growth for FIT.
- Consistently achieve the assigned FIT sales targets - On volumes and margins
- Responsible to provide highly customized solutions to clients & demonstrate how these solutions align with the customer requirements.
- Responsible to grow the FIT market for the organization on a yearly basis.
- Responsible to ensure zero defect service delivery.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products, destinations, industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate customer and sales records in the CRM tool and ensure overall adherence to our systems & process.
- Handling all the operational issues, including customer grievances & resolving them timely.
- Coordinate with clients with respect to collection of payments & settlements.
- To ensure smooth coordination with accounts team for end-to-end file handling and closure
