Role Overview:
This Assistant Manager / Manager - B2B Sales role will span across line functions. This role will be a key contributor to the PNL of Foreign Exchange business unit/s. This Management cadre role will be actively responsible for the acquisition of new corporate clients, building new connections and growing the market share of the company.
Purpose of Role:
- Responsible for new corporate acquisition for the designated geography.
- Achieve set revenue targets on a monthly / quarterly / yearly basis.
- Manage the customer relationships to drive business volumes.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance requirements as defined by the organization.
Responsibilities:
- This is a hunter's role, whereby the candidate is mandated to acquire new Enterprise Accounts customers in the Foreign Exchange vertical.
- The role has an individual contributor responsibility.
- Position is expected to meet assigned corporate sales targets - both budgeted top-line and revenue numbers.
- Incumbent is expected to have a clear understanding of the presales process and design pitch accordingly.
- Expected to cold-call to generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline at all times.
- Understand customer's service needs and advice product and service delivery solutions by working closely with the Relationship and Service Delivery Teams
- Ensure adherence to KYC and compliance requirements at all times.
- Ensure regular and efficient client engagement - in all accounts on boarded by the individual.
- In the farming role, responsible to achieve the targets for existing accounts on revenue.
- Promote use of FX Online Booking Tool in new Corporate / wholesale customers as applicable
- Drive cross-selling of products (CT, VISA, Insurance etc.) in acquired accounts.
- Maintain complete details of all Leads in the CRM based Lead Management System
