Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales - Cafe (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
Role and Responsibilities :
Here are the key expectations from the role of Assistant Cafe Manager & Cafe Manager :
- Candidate should have F&B experience either in Hotel or Dominoz/KFC/Pizzahut/McD etc or in retail industry. He must have sales & service knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key cafe /restaurant chains, and ensure a pipeline of inquiries resulting in closure and incremental business
- Develop a strong base of consultants and channel partners to support business growth
- Build strong knowledge of relevant coffee equipment and ensure end-customers are satisfied with the entire inquiry to installation process
- Present new ideas and products to current accounts and leverage to increase engagement and business
- Deliver on revenue targets as per deployed plans
Key Skills :
Preferred Skills : Strong Presentation, Negotiation & Communication skills Self-starter, Bias for Action, Strategic & Analytical Thinking
ADDITIONAL NOTES : Cafe operations or Restaurant operations experience and/or Barista experience preferred

Salary : 1.8-2.8 or 3 LPA if suitable Candidate.
