Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales & Business Development - Commercial/Corporate Banking (2-8 yrs)

We are looking for a rockstar, ambitious and energetic Asst Sales Manager / Sales Mgr to help us expand our commercial corporate banking clientele. The candidate should possess good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The candidate should have worked in Commercial banking or Corporate banking setup and have had relationship of sales or relationship manager experience with such clients to manage Sales/BD using their network in Commercial/Corporate banking exp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing growth strategy and achieve aggressive sales targets
- Conduct research to identify customer segments.
- Arrange business markets with prospective clients and manage relationship with existing.
- Own CRM and reporting, recording of sales revenue, invoicing.
- Promote company's service by addressing clients concerns.
- Managing daily reporting and MIS.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
- Build long term relationships with clients.
- Develop collaterals, marketing material and presentations.
Basic qualification :
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a relationship manager/sales manager.
- Demonstrated competency in setting up and building processes from scratch.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
Preferred qualification :
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision making.
- Candidates from Corporate Sales function in industry, Commercial banking or Corporate banking will be preferred.
