Must have - Should be an MBA with 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the CRM space or in some IT SAAS system.
- Ideally, s/he should have Real Estate Developers or Real estate channel partners as one of the key client segments in the experience.
Role and Responsibility -
- Should have a good track record of sales, with numbers to prove that on MOM/YOY.
- Should be technology-savvy and able to pick up nuances of tech systems easily.
- Understand client needs and propose feasible solutions.
- Perform comparative market analysis
- Meet clients, intermediate negotiation process, legal and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
- Able to develop a network of internal and external referrals for the business.
- Being abreast with the developments in the real estate sector on proptech solutions or SAAS, understand its impacts on the micro and macro level of the sector.
