Role and Responsibilities :
The key responsibilities for this role include :
- Institutional sales through Furniture manufacturers, Modular Kitchen manufacturers, etc.
- Tapping new OEM orders.
- Business Development and key account management.
- Managing the team and reports
Candidate Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the laminate industry.
- Proven experience in OEM sales from the laminates industry.
- A strong connection with OEMs/manufacturers.
